this weeks tip is:

Cycling.

if you're like me, every once in a while you will have overlapping objects in CAD, and it never seems to fail that CAD doesn't select the object that you want selected. this is when you use [cycling].

with your cursor, simply pan over the object with your cross hairs. when you get to the point of intersection, hold down the [shift] key. then cycle through the objects by hitting the [space bar]. the objects should become highlighted as you cycle through them. when the object you want selected is highlighted, simply let go of the shift key, and select it with you mouse.
